At our Financial Planning Meeting, we outlined key steps to modernize our financial processes, improve transparency, and streamline fundraising:

✔ Fiscal Year Realignment – Aligning our fiscal year with the calendar year for clearer financial tracking.✔ Adopting QuickBooks Online – A move that ensures better accessibility and long-term financial security for the council.✔ IRS Compliance & Form 990-N Filing – Strengthening our tax-exempt status and financial transparency.✔ Council Website Development – Creating an online hub for communication, event promotion, and recruitment.

With these steps, we are ensuring sustainable growth while maintaining our commitment to charity and service.

Focused Charity Initiative: Strengthening Our Community Impact

To enhance our charitable efforts, we are focusing on three key beneficiaries:

💙 Cumberland Crisis Pregnancy Center (25%) – Supporting pro-life initiatives and expectant mothers.🍽

St. Vincent de Paul Society (35%) – Providing aid to those in need within our parish community.

📚 St. John Vianney Catholic School (40%) – Investing in Catholic education and future leaders of the faith.

By prioritizing these three causes, we ensure every dollar raised makes a measurable difference, allowing us to communicate our mission more effectively and engage both members and parishioners in our efforts.
